Article Abstract:

The Cribbs Causeway site, situated five miles north of Bristol city centre, has housed retail warehouses for leading stores for some years already. This could present a strong challenge to the retailers based in the centre of Bristol. However, leading retailers will probably have a presence at both locations.

On board the office express

Article Abstract:

Reading, the county town of Berkshire, is seen as an ideal office location, as it has very good communications links. There is little quality space available in the town centre, although there is limited demand for new buildings in the centre too. Some large properties remain unlet, but other development work is still going ahead. The focus of development remains in the town centre.
