Offices take centre stage
Article Abstract:
Increasing demands for office buildings in the London borough of Hillingdon means that there is a dearth of speculative development, particularly in the town centre. Availability is also falling in the out-of-town office market. Availability of new and refurbished office buildings is tight with demand in the area estimated at between 46,450 sq mt and 167,220 sq mt. An overview of the commercial property market in Hillingdon is presented.
