OK computer
Article Abstract:
Many computer users have very little understanding of how computers actually work. However, a basic understanding of the main components of computers can greatly enhance the benefits that can be derived from using a computer. The basic elements of computer design are digital representation, binary notation, the stored program and Boolean logic. The main elements of the computer are input devices, output devices, backing storage and the central processing unit. A computer acts upon only one instruction at a time, and the memory unit operates as a temporary storage area.

Zoom in on digital power
Article Abstract:
Digital photography requires a personal computer, a digital camera, a colour printer and graphics software. Digital photography is an asset for property agents who can use it in the production of sales literature and to put the information on the Internet. Sending the photographs via a laptop computer enables surveyors discuss particular properties with clients, some distance away. The Epson PhotoPC 600 has a 4Mb internal memory and a built-in colour LDP monitor. Digital cameras cost around 500 pounds sterling.
