32-year-old journalist Jake Tapper is set to have his book about the 2000 Presidential race, "Down and Dirty" The Plot to Steal the Presidency," published by Little, Brown in April 2001. Tapper, who is the Web magazine Salon's top political writer, and also a participant in CNN's new talk show, "Take Five," spent 18 months on the campaign trail and was reportedly very unpopular with George W. Bush.
