Article Abstract:
The lower section of the Schuylkill river in the heart of downtown Philadelphia need not be a wasteland and a refuge for the homeless and fugitives from the law. Private groups have expressed their desire to convert the place into a prime commercial area, lined with restaurants, offices and skyscrapers.

Bringing up father
Article Abstract:
Men who were raised without fathers gather at group meetings and learn to become responsible parents. Many are unwed, unemployed and have served time in prison or had drug addictions. The group helps these men to become involved with their children.
