Silicon on the Schuykill: back to the future
Article Abstract:
The University of Pennsylvania recreated Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer (ENIAC). The original was created by two Penn professors, J. Presper Eckert and John Mauchy, towards the end of WW II. The 1995 studies on the ENIAC yielded surprising discoveries such as its parallel data processing.
