Larry and Jo Dillon succeeded in getting Stephen Scher arrested for the murder of their son Martin, after trying for 20 years. Montrose, PA police had accepted Scher's claim that Dillon accidentally shot himself while the pair were shooting clay pigeons. A mysterious coverup is suspected.
