There's something about Holly
Article Abstract:
The author interviews Philadelphia lobbyist Holly Kinser, whose tall good looks and short skirts have drawn criticism from some who say her success is due in large part to her looks alone. However, others credit her accomplishments to her intelligence and substance. Also discussed is her rocky marriage to former husband Bill DeWeese, the House Democratic leader.
