A little goes a very long way

Article Abstract:

The city of Auckland, New Zealand, offers many attractions for visitors. There is a very interesting mixture of buildings, including wooden cottages and skyscrapers, and local people are extremely friendly. It is worth visiting the Waitakiri Ranges to the west of Auckland, where there is virgin rainforest. Visitors to Auckland may also wish to walk from coast to coast, from Waitemata Harbour to Onehunga Beach on the west coast, a journey of around four hours.

Maurice, we think we love you

Article Abstract:

Actor Maurice Denham accepts that his films are more remarkable for their quantity than their quality. He has frequently appeared on television and radio and in films in the UK, but people often cannot name the characters he has played. His humour is self-deprecating, and he has no sense of vanity. He is now in his 80s, but still attends fitness classes, mainly to perform breathing exercises and to ensure that he does not neglect his posture.
