The UK government has considerably tightened up regulations relating to offshore investments over recent years. However, there are still some advantages to be gained from some offshore investments. Both distributor and roll-up funds still offer tax avoidance and investment benefits. Offshore umbrellas are also worth considering, as they have considerable flexibility, even though the tax advantages are limited.
