Full air power to hit Serb targets

Article Abstract:

Nato has emphasized that it now plans to unleash its full military power against Serbia. Particular efforts will be made to target the Serbian leadership and the infrastructure on which it relies. Indeed, President Slobodan Milosevic's own palace in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, could be a target. Nato Secretary-General Javier Solana has stated that it may become necessary to use ground troops. Similarly, commanders recognize that it may be necessary to create a corridor through Kosovo, Yugoslavia, and establish a safe haven on that side of the border with Macedonia.
