Pet shop owners are solely responsible for the success of their stores. Pet shop owners should implement strategies to increase sales and use these to improve and expand their business. In order to maximize profits, store owners should identify and implement business plans covering a specific period of time as well as improve the design of their pet shops giving particular attention to interior design, fixtures and color.
