Is it a bug, is it a fish?

Article Abstract:

The 1992/3 look for cars is the fish. Some car designs have been universal like the Volkswagen beetle and the snail-like Citroen 2CV which have been popular since pre-war times. The Yamaha GP Supercar OX99-11 is like a 200 mph mosquito. Designs based on nature may influence the environmentally-conscious driver. The Bugatti EB110 is inspired by fish - quiet, smooth and streamlined. The long, shiny Audi Quattro Avus is like a salmon, the 1993 Buick Sceptre and the Oldsmobile Anthem remind one of deep sea fish whereas the Ford Ghia Connecta looks like an exotic fish.

Most consumers want supermarkets to give them more information about products which came to be environmentally sound, and many are also willing to pay more for ethical products. Supermarkets are now becoming increasingly aware of ethical and environmental issues, and Co-op, for example, has announced that it will give more information about each product's origins. However, this is an extremely complex area, and the vast majority of consumers still put cost and convenience before other considerations.

The very image of vitality

Article Abstract:

There is a clear trend towards the suburbanization of city life in the UK. People want the glamour and convenience of living in a city centre, but would rather not have the noise and business activity which has traditionally been associated with these locations. Cities only really make sense when they have a lot of noise and dynamic activity, and it is very dangerous to try to eliminate these elements. The best cities are those which are restlessly active.
