Is there any future for the Conservative Party?

Article Abstract:

The UK Conservative party has not really made any progress with regaining support following its defeat in the May 1997 general election. It remains divided, and focus groups indicate that it still has a negative image. Party leader William Hague must now establish a Conservative team in the public mind, presenting a group of people who are united in their enthusiasm and ideas. The Conservative party must also improve its handling of the media.
