Film director Mike Leigh has gained a reputation for being extremely demanding, with his working methods requiring very high standards. This is reflected in his latest project, a film starring Timothy Spall which is being filmed partly on location in Quilter Street, Bethnal Green, London. This location, in an area made up of mid-19th century terraced streets, is a popular one for film directors.
