Modern fairy story with a bitter twist
Article Abstract:
Prince Charles courted the 20-year old Lady Diana Spencer and proposed to her on Feb 03, 1981 when he was 32. They were in love then, but after the marriage she is reputed to have attempted suicide. The birth of Prince William increased the couple's affection initially but they did not agree about his upbringing. Prince Charles holidayed alone in Balmoral for a month in Sept 1987. He ignored his wife at a concert to celebrate the Queen Mother's 90th birthday and at other public events.
