Oxford landing in the Seventies

Article Abstract:

Some venues in Oxford, England, have remained popular with students for many generations, while others have become popular relatively recently. The key venues at present include Browns, the city's first brasserie, Freud's and Cafe Coco. The pubs tend to see little change, although they are now trying to more fashionable than they used to be. Students nowadays have very little money to spend on eating out and other entertainment, but can still have a very enjoyable time in a beautiful city.

Article Abstract:

The very small Greek island of Halki, situated off Rhodes, does not offer any of the traditional tourist attractions. It has no water, only one road and no taxis or buses. However, its traditional villas and cottages are now being restored, and it is starting to see a rise in tourist numbers. It particularly attracts people who are seeking an unusual approach to holidaying on a Greek island.
