Summer of failures leaves ITV struggling for vision and viewers

ITV's audience share has fallen from 29.7% in 2000 to 27.9% so far in 2001, while ITV2 has gained a share of only 0.1%. There is now growing concern within the broadcasting industry about the long-term viability of ITV.
