The proof is in the pudding

Article Abstract:

It is very rewarding to allow talented employees to develop, according to supermarket chain William Morrison Executive Chmn Ken Morrison. He places strong emphasis on a straightforward approach to business, and dislikes the use of gimmicks to attract customers. He believes that his stores will be successful in the south of the UK, as he feels that even wealthy people enjoy bargains. He feels that he has never forgotten the lessons he learnt from his father, the company's founder, about not wasting money.
