Article Abstract:

UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has been right to offer support to the US in its military action against Afghanistan. He recognized that the US would go ahead in any case, so giving UK backing would at least allow some degree of influence to be exerted. Blair has shown no hesitation in dealing with world leaders of other political persuasions.

What will Mr Blair do if the US extends the war to Iraq?

Article Abstract:

The UK position on the possibility of US anti-terrorism military action being extended to Iraq is discussed. Prime Minister Tony Blair does not seem to want the war to be extended to Iraq, but he may support this if it were linked with a concerted US Middle East initiative.
