Theo Mathew
Article Abstract:
Herald Theo Mathew studied Modern History at Balliol College, Oxford, England. He worked for a year at the College of Arms, but then became an articled clerk at the solicitors' firm of Frere Cholmeley. He returned to the College of Arms in early 1969, and became Rouge Dragon Pursuivant in 1970. He was promoted to the office of Windsor Herald in 1978, the year in which he also became Deputy Treasurer of the College of Arms.

Sir Colin Cole
Article Abstract:
Herald Colin Cole was born in London, England, in 1922. He studied at Brasenose College, Oxford, England, and served in the Coldstream Guards during the second world war. He completed a degree in Law after the war, and was called to the Bar by Inner Temple in 1949.

Herald Walter Verco was born in London, England, in 1907. He took a clerical position at the College of Arms in 1924, and in 1954 became Rouge Croix Pursuivant.
