This cow is 'organic.' That means that she doesn't eat pesticides, or chicken droppings. What's more, you can buy her milk at Tesco
Article Abstract:
A number of supermarket chains in the UK are now starting to offer organic dairy products. Cows which produce organic milk must be fed according to strict criteria set down by the Soil Association, and their milk tends to have more flavour than ordinary milk. The difference in flavour is also noticeable in products made from organic milk, particularly cheese. Consumers have traditionally been cautious about organic products, fearing that they contain dangerous substances, but they are now becoming aware that organic regulations are among the strictest health and safety regulations.
