Organic light emitters gain longevity
Article Abstract:
Interest is growing again in organic thin film displays as researchers develop films with longer lives and better light emission. Lifetimes of 10,000 hours or more are now possible, which makes practical the use of organic films in applications such as alphanumeric displays.
