Clinton urges outlawing human cloning
Article Abstract:
Pres Clinton adopted the recommendation of the President's National Bioethics Advisory Commission (NBAC) and will send legislation to prohibit human cloning to Congress. The NBAC reviewed the issue following the successful cloning of a sheep.
