D.C. to replace more than 20,000 lead service lines

Article Abstract:

The program announced by the Water and Sewer Authority (WASA) to entail the replacement of lead services lines due to high level of lead in drinking water is described. WASA is prohibited from paying for the replacement of private service lines.
