The controversies surrounding the 'no-damages-for delay clause,' in the construction contracting, are presented. With respect to a legal case, J.A. Jones Construction Company v. Lehrer McGovern Bovis, Inc., the Supreme Court in Nevada has adopted certain exceptions relating to the clause.
