Article Abstract:
The patterns and preponderance of accompanying alcohol and alcohol-interactive drug use in elderly persons are analyzed. Physicians should make the patients aware of the risk involved in concomitant use of alcohol and alcohol-interactiveprescription drug.

Article Abstract:
The impact of the regular administration of acetaminophen, an analgesic drug, on behavior and emotional balance is examined. The use of psychotropic medication in nursing home residents with varying degrees of dementia is also studied.
