Divorce after 50: when breaking up is better - when it's not
Article Abstract:
Couples over the age of 50 commonly resort to divorce as a means to avoid the real problem inherent in their relationship.This should not be the case, since divorce should be an avenue by which individuals mature and develop. Unless the underlying marital problem is addressed, divorce would fail to help achieve such objective.
