Effectiveness of behavioral therapy to treat incontinence in homebound older adults

Researchers conducted a study to examine the effectiveness of short-term behavioral therapy in homebound older people and the characteristics of responders and nonresponders to the therapies. Their study revealed that behavioral therapies can reduce urinary incontinence in many homebound older people despite high levels of co-morbidity and functional impairment.
