Most anyone over 50 are often troubled by occasional memory lapses, which they often attribute to dementia or the onset of Alzheimer's disease. However, the condition is often nothing more than what is medically referred to as 'age-associated memory impairment.' Some tips on how to improve one's ability to remember are presented.
