That was the year that was: an evidence-based clinical geriatrics update
Article Abstract:
Physicians face a growing field of medical information. Every year, more medical journals and books are published. New studies often invalidate previous ones, replacing them with safer, more accurate, and greater efficacy treatments. In a study, 98 articles that met certain criteria were selected. The results showed that new medical information provides new insight and raises cautions about using certain therapies in older patients.
