An examination of the curvilinear relationship between leader-member exchange and intent to turnover
Article Abstract:
The link between leader-member exchange (LMX) and turnover intentions is analyzed to determine the hypothesis of curvilinear relationship. Results indicate that subordinates who rated their relationship with supervisor as the highest quality demonstrated positive relationship between LMX and turnover intentions.

An extension of Lee and Mitchell's unfolding model of voluntary turnover
Article Abstract:
A study analyzing the decision process-based voluntary turnover model presented by Lee and Mitchell (1994), is presented. The model studies the psychological processes inherent in the decision to quit a job.
