This research paper presents information assessing parties' level of agreement on the reciprocal obligations of the psychological contract, and the consequences of perception of these agreements. This paper also presents research information about related subjects.

Perceived organization support and work status: a comparison of the employment relationships of part-time and full-time employees attending university classes
