Coin-operated washers and dryers
Article Abstract:
Coin-operated washers and dryers enable managers to provide laundry services to tenants in a reliable and cost-effective fashion. Coin-operated laundry machines, which are essentially domestic machines that have been converted to commercial use, are inexpensive to operate and relatively easy to maintain. Tips for housing managers who wish to monitor the costs of operating these machines include ascertaining the use of an appropriate fuel, usually either gas or electricity; calculating the consumption per load; and determining the cost of drying a load of clothes.

The five Cs for home care
Article Abstract:
Improvements in home care nursing may be achieved by following five guidelines. First steps include thoroughly analyzing and consistently documenting the agency's practices and targeting areas for improvement. The process proceeds by identifying other successful agencies in the targeted areas such as networks of health professionals, insurance companies, or business improvement groups. Agencies can then compare these practices with successful practices using equivalent benchmarks and identify ways to improve their own practices.
