Cyber security and authentication: The marketplace role in rethinking anonymity - before regulators intervene
Article Abstract:
Anonymity gives rise to a number of cyber crimes but it is also vital for the preservation of political liberty and therefore a balance needs to be struck between maintaining anonymity and security online. It is suggested that the marketplace has to solve the mounting cyber security problems because previous governmental efforts to regulate the Internet have not lived up to expectations.

Cyber terror: missing in action
Article Abstract:
The limited utility of the concepts of ecyber terrorismE or 'electronic Pearl Harbor' are discussed. A more rigorous approach to data collection for cyber security incidents are suggested, and it is advised that cyber security must not be seen primarily as a national security issue.
