Descriptions of responsibility for implementation: A content analysis of strategic information systems/ technology planning documents
Article Abstract:
Research information into the implementation of information technology is given. The research collected 55 strategic implementation documents which resulted in 32 were concerned with user responsibility, 13 were concerned with manager responsibility, and 10 were concerned with developers responsibility.
