Evaluating the efficiency of private sector organizations in helping welfare beneficiaries find employment
Article Abstract:
The research is conducted in order to determine the relative success of private, public, and non-profit organizations in finding employment for temporary assistance for needy families beneficiaries in Florida. One of the findings indicates that, public and non-profit sector organizations are more effective than private organizations in finding unsubsidized employment for TANF beneficiaries.
