Experiments with central-limit properties of spatial examples from locally covariant random fields
Article Abstract:
Samples that exhibit a degree of spatial dependence necessitates the employment of moving-average processes to normalize the asymptotic distributions. The use of rectangular integer lattices suggests that for spatial moving-average models, sampling distributions of locally covariant random fields have significant normality properties. Thus, the potential use oflocally covariant random fields for spatial data is apparent.

A general equilibrium simulation model of housing markets with indivisibility
Article Abstract:
Urban housing markets are examined using a general equilibrium model and employing a modified Scarf fixed point algorithm. Heterogeneous household preferences and house types are accommodated by the model, in which housing is handled as a differentiated, indivisible commodity. The model is used to solve a numerical case.
