Article Abstract:
Luke Stricklin, an Iraq war veteran translated his war experiences into a patriotic country tune called, 'American by God's Amazing Grace'. The song was e-mailed home to his family in Arkansas to let them know how things were really going and surprisingly the song was played on a nationally syndicated radio program out of Nashville, Tennessee, which resulted in requests pouring in from across the country for him to perform his song.
