Identity accumulation, others' acceptance, job-search self-efficacy, and stress
Article Abstract:
Results of a self report questionnaires conducted on one hundered and eighty insurance agents to analyze the effects of identity accumulation, others' acceptance of one's aspired self, work role salience, and job-search self-efficacy on job stress are presented.

Career communities: a preliminary exploitation of member-defined career support structures
Article Abstract:
The concept of career communities, social structure that provides career support and frequently transcends the boundaries of any organization is explored. Results indicate that career communities typically involve a hybrid of types rather than any pure type.
