Article Abstract:
A study on the influential role of privatization ideology in implementing radical organizational change towards the new market-oriented economy in Poland is illustrated. The findings suggest that the success of privatization depends on the goals, decisions, and visions of actors with the unique privilege of having a positive pre-judgment and historical affinity for the privatization ideology.
