The skill bias effect of technological and organisational change: evidence and policy implications
Article Abstract:
A study of the recruitment patterns in 400 Italian manufacturing industries is presented. Though it is believed that technological changes are responsible for demand in skilled labor, it is observed that organizational changes also play an important role in increasing the recruitment of skilled labor.

Team member proximity and teamwork in innovative projects
Article Abstract:
The geographic proximity of members as a continuous variable in teamwork is analyzed. A study of software development teams is conducted and it is revealed that proximity of team members is positively related to teamwork quality.
