Proposal for a world governance network
Article Abstract:
Improved and cost-effective communication technologies should be used to support the global development of governance. A proposed world governance network, based on Internet technology, could be the best solution for future world development by allowing the World Bank to learn about developments of governance. Such a network would also allow practitioners and academics to communicate on governance development and create a global database of good practice and theoretical developments in governance.

The behavior of business managers when adopting new technologies
Article Abstract:
A descriptive model of the behavior of managers in adopting new technologies in business differentiates between administrator behavior at one end of a continuum and entrepreneurial behavior at the other. The results of the study show that in majority of the cases, an entrepreneurial type of behavior is exhibited in adopting technology. The adoption of technology depends largely on the intent to maximize the advantages of existing opportunity.
