Proposal of a benefit incidence matrix for urban development projects
Article Abstract:
A benefit incidence matrix was developed to represent the structure of benefit incidence from different urban development projects that have an impact on environmental quality, such as slum clearance, park development, urban transportation and urban renewal. Beneficiaries and cost sharers are expressed by columns while the items of benefits and costs are expressed by rows.
