Eija-Riitta Eklof-Berliner-Mauer's love for the Berlin Wall that is a constructed object and suggests human intervention is a part of the libidinal equation. There is increasing evidence that the wider culture is recognizing the claim of existential rights for entities previously dismissed as mere objects.

Whose history? Whose justice?

An opinion that Nancy Fraser's approach to the public sphere theory is partial is presented. It is suggested that the theory of justice has to be in consideration with the frame of the nation-state and the modernist theories of history.
