Outsourcing
Article Abstract:
Many companies, even those operating at a multinational level, are now making increasing use of outsourcing. This has traditionally been associated with non-core functions such as cleaning, but is gradually moving towards companies' core operations, such as human resources and legal practices. Most companies believe that they are deriving benefits from outsourcing, but recent research indicates that they are in fact not managing outsourcing effectively. It is vital that they take a systematic approach to outsourcing and establish realistic goals.
