The inconsolable organization: Toward a theory of organizational and cultural change
Article Abstract:
Various aspects of organizational and broader cultural change are explained through the concept of inconsolable organization. An inconsolable organization is defined as an organization the grief and despair following the change is so great that any amount of effort on its leaders or members' part to remove this feeling is unsuccessful.
