Reconciling garbage cans and rational actors: Explaining organizational decisions about environmental hazard management
Article Abstract:
Garbage can model of organizational choice is argued to be an accurate description of organizational decision making for complex problem. It is established that for low importance decisions, casual complexity is low and therefore adherence to formal policy is more likely but for high importance decisions, attendance is high and so adherence to formal policy is more likely.

Toward explaining congregational giving
Article Abstract:
A theoretical model of congregational giving using an expanded range of organization measures is proposed to test structural equation models. It is concluded that exclusivity of the congregation generates a high level of commitment that relies on organizational beliefs, requirements and networks that mutually support each other with clear and distinct boundaries.

Demographic trends and energy consumption in European Union Nations, 1960-2025
Article Abstract:
The energy consumptions for the year 2025 are estimated for the European Union nations by analyzing the data from 1960-2000. Results concluded that low fertility rate is expected to limit the energy consumptions.
