The "threat hypothesis," personality, and attitudes toward diversity
Article Abstract:
This article examines how three personality traits (authoritarianism, tolerance, and self esteem) determine attitudes toward diversity. The authors, employing multiple regression procedures, conclude measurements of authoritarianism and tolerace can indicate threatening attitudes toward diversity, whereas self esteem does not.

The role of networks in fundamental organizational change: a grounded analysis
Article Abstract:
This article examines the impact social networks have on organizational change. The authors, evaluating 8 organizations, maintain the organizations that involved social networks in the process were more successful at facilitating organizational change.
