A war of words: science will triumph only when theory becomes law

Article Abstract:

Creationists argue that evolution is an unproven theory and the perception of people that theory is something yet to be proven is being exploited by the opponents of evolution. Scientists should be more forceful when discussing scientific conclusions that are generally agreed upon such as evolution. It is proposed that the theory of evolution be changed to the law of evolution to avoid the confusion.

The BitTorrent effect

Article Abstract:

BitTorrent, created by Bram Cohen, is one of the most successful peer-to-peer programs ever, which allows the users to quickly upload and download enormous amounts of data. With BitTorrent traffic accounting for more than one-third of all data sent across the Internet, the Motion Picture Association of America is suing downloaders of movies in order to avoid the fate of the music industry.
